On June 8th, members of the Fresno County Sheriff’s Ag Crimes Task Force served a search warrant at a home on the 47000 block of Lost Hills Road in Coalinga. The search was related to a burglary that occurred in May at a food processing facility located on the 19000 block of W. Gale Ave. in Huron. Inside the home, detectives found two handguns, two shotguns, ammunition, rooster fighting materials and a large amount of cash. A further search of the property revealed a stolen Honda ATV, 129 marijuana plants and five pounds of processed marijuana.
Also found at the home were some stolen construction materials. Detectives determined these materials were taken from the food processing facility during the burglary. They later returned these items to the facility.
