The Fresno County Sheriff – Coroner’s Office has completed its autopsy report on 19 year old Dylan Noble, who died on June 25, 2016.

Noble’s manner of death has been ruled a homicide.  His cause of death is listed as injuries to the following:  Large and small intestines, mesentery, right lung, liver and right kidney due to multiple gunshot and shotgun wounds.

All rounds fired by officers were retrieved from Noble’s body.  This included three bullets and nine buckshot pellets from a single shotgun shell.

Samples collected on June 25, 2016 for toxicology testing revealed 470 ng/mL of Benzoylecgonine and a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) of 0.12.

The autopsy report is an independent investigation dealing with the cause and manner of death.  It will be used by other agencies as a part of their investigation, which include the Fresno Police Department, FBI and Fresno County District Attorney’s Office.  The Fresno County Sheriff's Office will not offer any interpretation of what the autopsy results mean or may mean as the result of other information released by other agencies.
