8/27/16 - ***UPDATE*** At 12:30 am on Saturday, members of the Fresno County Sheriff's Office Search & Rescue team found Eliseo Araiza near a closed store located Hwy. 43 & Cairo Ave. in Laton. The 71 year old man was uninjured and has since been returned to his family members.
8/26/16 - Fresno County Sheriff’s detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing “at-risk” man.
Eliseo Araiza, 71, of Laton has been missing since 2:45 pm on Friday, August 26th. He was last seen walking on Latonia Ave. from Fatima Ave. in Laton. He was wearing a long sleeve red shirt, blue jeans, white shoes and a tan sombrero.
Araiza is 5’6”, 200 lbs. with brown eyes and grey hair and a grey mustache. He suffers from medical conditions, which may affect his health and judgment.
Members of the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue Team are working through the night, assisting patrol deputies to try and find Araiza.
