Fresno County Sheriff’s detectives have arrested 27-year-old Jeremey Aslin of Parlier.
He has been booked into the Fresno County Jail on 12 felony counts related to child molestation.
On February 5th, 2015, deputies responded to a home in the Fowler area for a report of possible child molestation. A family member of a 4-year-old girl said the child had made disturbing comments to them about her father, Jeremey Aslin, repeatedly touching her genital area.
The Sex Crimes Unit began an investigation and learned that Aslin has custodial rights to his daughter a few times a week. The girl stays with him at his trailer, which is located on the 7000 block of S. Newmark Ave. in Parlier. Detectives interviewed Aslin and determined there was enough evidence to arrest him. The child is safe and is now staying with family members.
This is an ongoing investigation. The case has been submitted to the Fresno County District Attorney’s Office for prosecution. Aslin is scheduled to be arraigned in court on Tuesday, February 10th.
