Property crimes detectives with the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office need the public’s help to identify three people connected to the theft of lottery scratcher tickets.
Just before 2:00 am on July 8th, a camera inside the EZ Stop Mini Mart, located at Fowler and Floral Ave. in Selma, recorded a man and a woman commit a burglary. The two broke open a door and took two large containers off the counter containing lotto scratchers. The woman was wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt with the words “Red Vines, safety first” printed on the back.
Later in the day, cameras inside a Fresno convenience store captured the two suspects cashing in winning lotto tickets. The video shows the man now wearing the “Red Vines” sweatshirt. The two were seen driving off in a silver, 4-door newer model car, possibly a Honda Accord.
Meanwhile, at another Fresno convenience store, a camera recorded another man not shown in the burglary video cashing winning lotto tickets taken from the store in Selma. He has tattoos on both arms and hands. The tattoo on his left hand appears to be an outline of bones.
