Property crimes detectives with the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office need the public’s help locating a man and a woman known to burglarize mailboxes and commit identity fraud. The suspects are 39 year old Sarah Avedisian and her 36 year old boyfriend Dewey Lacomb.
On September 26, 2019, Sarah Avedisian was seen rummaging through a mailbox in front of a home located near Marks and Alluvial Avenues in Fresno. Avedisian was then seen leaving in a 2007 black Honda Accord with a California license plate of 5YLJ063.
Later in the day, Avedisian and her boyfriend Dewey Lacomb were captured on video at the Walmart located at Herndon and Ingram Avenues in Fresno. They used one of their victim’s credit cards to make purchases.
Avedisian is currently on parole for identity theft and is in violation for not checking in with her parole agent. She is also wanted by the Fresno Police Department for several of its identity theft cases.
