The Fresno County Suicide Prevention Collaborative needs your help.
This is a group of local government agencies, schools, healthcare, public safety and community organizations that are working together to develop a suicide prevention plan for the county. As part of their planning process, they are conducting a Community Wellness Survey. They need your help to build the best plan possible by learning from your experiences, ideas and opinions. By taking an online survey, the information you share will be collected and used along with other data to describe the challenges and strengths facing Fresno County suicide prevention efforts.
