Fresno County Sheriff’s detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify two young women involved in a hot prowl burglary. The homeowner’s surveillance camera captured clear images of the ladies walking through his property.
At 2:00 pm on July 1st, deputies responded to a home on the 2700 block of N. Garfield Ave. in Fresno. The homeowner told deputies that when he went inside his house at 12:00 pm, there was a board propped up against his gate. However, when he went outside an hour later, he noticed the board lying on the ground. This caused him to search his property and that’s when he discovered several power tools were missing from his garage, which he had left open. The estimated value of the stolen items totals more than $5,000.
Suspect #1 is described as being white, 5’5”, heavy set with brown hair and a tattoo on her upper left arm.
Suspect #2 is described as being Hispanic, 5’5”, thin build with reddish-brown hair.
The suspects involved in this burglary may be responsible for other thefts in the area as well.
