The Fresno County Sheriff – Coroner’s Office would like to make the public aware of a registered sex offender who is now living in Fresno County. The California Department of Justice classifies 69 year old Michael Fellows as a Sexually Violent Predator (SVP).
On October 31st, 2017, Coalinga State Hospital released Fellows without any conditions, meaning he is free to live where he wants as long as it does not violate existing sex offender laws. Fellows has since taken up residency at 1772 N. Fancher Ave., Fresno, 93737. Fellows has registered as a sex offender with this address through the Sheriff’s Office. Fellows is also currently listed on California’s Megan’s Law Website, www.meganslaw.ca.gov
Michael Fellows has a history of entering and hiding in women’s public restrooms. Once inside, he would target women and girls, exposing himself and forcing himself upon them. None of the crimes Fellows has been convicted of were committed in Fresno County.
Michael Fellows is a white man, 5’11”, 220 lbs. with blue eyes and is balding with blonde hair.
