Deputies have arrested Mkrtich (Mike) Petrosian, 34, of Glendale, CA.
He has been booked into the Fresno County Jail on felony charges of being a felon in possession of drugs and a gun, as well as possessing more than an ounce of marijuana for sale. Petrosian also faces misdemeanor charges for possession of narcotics other than marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of drugs.
Just after 3:00 am on Tuesday, Sheriff’s deputies made a traffic stop on a car being driven by Petrosian. He pulled over near Shaw and Maroa Avenues in Fresno. Deputies found Petrosian to have a loaded handgun. He was also in possession of several narcotics packaged for sale. The drugs included: Heroin, methamphetamine, hydrocodone / acetaminophen (Vicodin), alprazolam (Xanax) and two pounds of marijuana.
Petrosian previously lived in Fresno for many years and he has been arrested numerous times.
