Around 4:45 pm on Monday, Tammy Saul was found in good health.
A passerby found her walking near the intersection of Lincoln and Henderson. She just wanted some alone time to grieve and is not considered a danger to herself. Deputies have contacted Tammy and a Fresno Sheriff's Office chaplain has been called to meet with her and counsel her during this difficult time. Thank you to the community and media for helping in the search for her.

Fresno County Sheriff’s deputies are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman. She is Tammy Saul, 58, of Caruthers.
Family members last saw Saul around 10:00 am on Monday. She went for a walk and never returned home. There is concern about her well-being due to a recent tragic event. Saul is extremely distraught about the deaths of her two teenage sons who were killed in a car wreck near Raisin City Saturday night. She was last seen on foot in the area of W. Saginaw Ave., just west of S. Elm Ave. in Caruthers. Saul did not take her cell phone or car keys with her. She also did not pack any food or water. Relatives are unsure of any places she may be headed.
Saul is described as a white woman, 5’5”/ 150 lbs. with long reddish brown hair. She also has a seven-inch scar on her lower left leg. Saul was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.
Deputies on patrol, assigned to the Ag Crimes Task Force and EAGLE One helicopter have been searching and continue to actively look for Saul.
